2 tablespoons of oatmeal
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Ingredients for the base:
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 4 tablespoons of rolled oats

Filling ingredients:
- 3 heaped tablespoons of whole natural yogurt
- 1/2 small lemon, squeezed
- 1/2 scoop of neutral whey or your favorite flavor

Lemon zest

Preparation method:
Mix the peanut butter with the oats and a little water until it reaches a firm consistency. Place the mixture in molds and shape with your fingers and place in an air fryer for 5 to 6 minutes at 200ºC. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt, lemon, whey and powdered milk until well combined. Remove the tarts, pour the filling and zest a lemon on top to finish. Leave to cool for a while in the freezer or refrigerator!
