EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

The return of any product due to withdrawal can only be made within 7 (seven) days, counting from the date of delivery for purchases made online.
In order for the purchase amount to be refunded, it must be sent in its original packaging, without any sign of tampering with the manufacturer's original seal or use. The return must be made with the DANFE (Electronic Invoice) and all products contained in the order.

REFUSAL OF ORDER (AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY)

The customer must check the order upon receipt. If any of the details below are observed, the order must be refused immediately and the reason for refusal must be written on the back of the invoice:
• Damaged product;
• Open/tampered with or damaged packaging;
• Product does not match the order;
• Missing item
If the order has been received without being checked, upon finding any discrepancy, the customer must immediately contact our company via email (contato@boldsnacks.com.br) or by calling +55 (11) 92000-2393, where no product, label or box must be discarded, they must remain as received at the time of delivery.

EXCHANGE PERIOD

BARRIND IND. E COMERCIO DE ALIMENTOS LTDA. has a period of up to 30 (thirty) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product at our Distribution Center, to verify whether the request meets the requirements of the Exchange and Return Policy.
With a similar product in stock, another product will automatically be sent to the customer.
In the event of a product being out of stock, the customer will be offered the following solutions: exchange for another product, refund of the amount paid or a coupon for the amount.

EXCHANGE DUE TO DEFECT

In the case of exchange for products that are defective, the deadline to report the occurrence is up to 90 days from the receipt of the order by the customer (from the date of delivery of the order), the customer must contact us immediately after confirming the defect via email (contato@boldsnacks.com.br) and you must not discard the product.
The product will undergo a technical analysis to check for manufacturing defects.
If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer.
If a defect is found, the customer may choose to have the amount paid refunded, to exchange the product or to have the amount made available via Coupon.

ADDRESS ERROR

If the customer makes an error in the delivery address or lacks information, the postage cost will be charged for resending or returning the amount to the customer.

FREE SHIPPING

If shipping is free, the postal value paid to the Post Office or carrier for resending or refunding the amount will be discounted.

INTRODUCTION

Cashback is a benefit offered to BOLD Snacks customers who make purchases through the official online store www.boldsnacks.com.br. After payment confirmation and delivery of the order, a unique coupon will be generated in the online store, in the customer's name, so that they can use it on their next purchase.

LAUNCH OFFER

Cashback is a discount provided by BOLD Snacks of up to 30% of the purchase value at the launch of the program, which can be used on the next purchase on the official website to reduce up to 30% of the value of the chosen product. Valid until July 21, 2024.

HOW TO EARN CASHBACK?

Cashback is a discount provided by BOLD Snacks, of up to 15% of the purchase value, which can be used on the next purchase to reduce up to 30% of the value of the chosen product. In addition, commercial campaigns may be carried out that will provide different cashback percentages according to the category of the action, such as:

  • Cashback by product
  • Cashback per campaign period;
  • Cashback for first purchase or repurchase.

HOW TO USE CASHBACK?

Below are the rules related to the BOLD Snacks Cashback program:

  • The customer will receive an email with the Cashback amount and the expiration date for use.
  • Cashback will be active immediately after delivery and may take from 60 (sixty) to 120 (one hundred and twenty) days to use, depending on the value of the last purchase:
    • Up to R$200.00: 60 days;
    • Between R$201.00 and R$350.00: 75 days;
    • Between R$351.00 and R$500.00: 105 days;
    • Above R$501.00: 120 days.

  • To use Cashback on the website, use the code provided in the communication channels and fill it in the coupon field at checkout.
  • Cashback is a discount on the purchase amount and can be used on your next purchase to offset part of your purchase. Example: a R$100.00 bonus can be applied to a minimum purchase of R$330.00, resulting in a final value of R$230.00.
  • It is not possible to use only part of the bonus amount available on purchases less than 3.3 times the bonus amount.

LOSS OF CASHBACK

The customer will lose their cashback in the following cases:

  • If the period of use exceeds the coupon's expiration date.
  • If you share the coupon on social media with incorrect information.
  • If the order is canceled or refunded.
  • In case of a chargeback request with the credit card operator.
  • If BOLD Snacks identifies that it is a fraudulent order or improper use of your image.

 

CASHBACK USAGE LOCATIONS

Cashback can only be used on the official BOLD Snacks website: www.boldsnacks.com.br.

 

RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF CASHBACK

The use of Cashback is not valid in the following cases:

  • Gifts, exchanges or swaps;
  • Products on sale;
  • By collaborators;
  • Outside Brazil, valid only within Brazilian territory.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS

  • Once the redemption is confirmed, the equivalent points will be debited from the user's balance.
  • It is not permitted to combine free shipping coupons or other active promotions.
  • The cashback amount is not cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.
  • BOLD Snacks reserves the right to cancel, without prior notice, orders that violate these rules.
