Vegan Protein Brownie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 heaping tablespoons of 100% cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon xylitol sweetener
- half a cup (155 g) of peanut or cashew butter
- 1 dessert spoon of baking powder
- 50 g of chopped 70% cocoa chocolate bar

Preparation method
Mix all the ingredients very well until you get a homogeneous dough. Grease a pan with coconut oil or butter or even a silicone pan (we used a 22 cm one), pour the dough in and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Wait for it to cool, cut into squares and serve.
