Tuna snack

Makes 12 snacks

- 1 can of drained tuna
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (140 g) almond flour
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt and seasonings to taste
- an egg yolk to brush
- Mix all the ingredients and shape into balls.
- Place on a baking tray greased with butter and brush the snacks with the egg yolk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. You can bake in an Air fryer.
