WHAT IS PAGALEVE?

It's a new way of paying in installments with PIX: simple, interest-free and without relying on a credit card.

WHAT IS PIX 4x INTEREST-FREE?

It's the payment method to pay for your purchases in installments through Pix!

HOW DOES THE INSTALLMENT PAYMENT WORK?

It's super simple! If the customer has not yet registered, some data will be requested for a quick and secure registration, after they receive the payment link.

If the customer is already registered, they will be asked for their phone number to validate access. A quick analysis will be performed and, if the purchase is approved, the customer will pay the first installment at the time of purchase via PIX and the remaining installments every 15 days. Important: the remaining installments are not automatically debited.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PAY IN MORE INSTALLMENTS?

No, the customer can only pay in 4 interest-free installments: the first installment at the time of purchase and the others with a 15-day interval between them (15/30/45 after the purchase date, respectively).

DOES THE INSTALLMENT PAYMENT HAVE INTEREST? NO, BUT HE NEEDS TO KEEP THE PAYMENTS UP TO DATE, OK?

We want to help our customers get rid of high interest or annual fees, which are often charged by credit cards.

If something unexpected happens and you are unable to pay the installment by the due date, our service fee is fixed and varies according to the total purchase value.

This service fee has been waived by Pagaleve when it accepts the installment plan. However, it loses this exemption if it does not follow the pre-established payment schedule.

LIMITS AND PAYMENTS

WHAT IS THE PURCHASE LIMIT?

Pagaleve limits are flexible and calculated for each transaction the customer makes at partner stores, taking into account purchase information, payment history with Pagaleve (if applicable) and market information, consulted from the data provided at the time the customer registers. All this information will be used to understand the customer's purchase profile, providing security in the approval process and taking care of the customer's financial health.

WHY WAS THE CLIENT NOT APPROVED?

We know this can be frustrating! If at the time of purchase there is not enough installment limit for the total amount of the order, in some cases, you will be asked to pay a higher amount upfront, allowing you to pay the remainder in installments.

Even after analyzing various data, approval may not be possible. In some situations, the customer can use our platform for payment via PIX in cash.

DO I NEED TO PAY THE FIRST INSTALLMENT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE?

Yes! The first installment must be paid at the time of purchase. It is important that the user pays the first installment within 30 minutes, because after this period, the QR Code may be automatically canceled. The first installment must be paid into an account owned by the user, otherwise, the amount will be automatically refunded and the purchase may be canceled.

The remaining installments are due every 15 days and will not be debited automatically. The user must access the remaining installments via wallet or the Pagaleve app.

WHAT IF THE CUSTOMER CANNOT PAY THE FIRST INSTALLMENT?

You have up to 30 minutes to make the payment using the QR Code/PIX copy and paste generated through the payment link. After this period, it will automatically expire and you will need to redo the operation.

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT VIA PIX?

When the customer receives the approval notification, they must pay the first installment immediately. The remaining installments will be available in the wallet or through the Pagaleve app. The customer will need to use the PIX Copa e Cola function:

Simply copy the PIX key generated at checkout from the payment link; locate the “PIX Area” in the bank/digital wallet app and select the “PIX copy and paste” option; that’s it!

HOW DOES THE CUSTOMER KNOW THAT THE PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFUL?

He will receive confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS and also by email. On the bank statement, he can identify the transaction in the name of PAGALEVE TECNOLOGIA FINANCEIRA LTDA.

The next installments are due every 15 days and they will not be debited automatically, okay? He needs to access his installments via wallet or through the Pagaleve app.

DO YOU NEED TO SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT?

It is not necessary to send us any type of payment receipt. However, if there is no update on the payment after 20 minutes of the transaction, speak to our support team through the chat available on our website: www.pagaleve.com.br.

CAN I CHANGE THE DUE DATE OF THE INSTALLMENTS?

No! The installments are generated automatically to be due every 15 calendar days, after the first installment is paid immediately. Even if the due date falls on a holiday, payment via PIX is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which allows the transaction to be carried out.

If desired, the customer can make an advance payment by accessing their wallet or through the Pagaleve app.

Ah… paying the installment after the due date, in addition to generating a service fee proportional to the purchase value, generates a history with Pagaleve that may influence future purchases.

DOES THE CUSTOMER RECEIVE ANY NOTICE ABOUT DUE DATES?

Yes, as long as you keep your registration up to date. We can notify you by email and/or WhatsApp. However, you can also access the installments via wallet or through the Pagaleve app.

It is important to always keep your registration updated so that we can maintain this communication channel, ok?

WILL THE INSTALLMENTS BE DEBITED AUTOMATICALLY?

No! The user must access the wallet or the Pagaleve app to check their purchases and make installment payments. It is possible to schedule payments, but the user must have a balance in their account on the due date to avoid the installment not being paid on that day.

HOW TO ACCESS THE OTHER INSTALLMENTS?

It's super simple! You can access the installments via wallet or through the Pagaleve app.

CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE?

Yes, you can! You can pay as many installments in advance as you wish. It is only important that you pay attention to the due dates of the installments selected for this advance payment, in order to avoid paying future installments, with installments with closer due dates.

WHAT IF I DON'T PAY ON TIME?

We know that unexpected things happen! And thinking about promoting a light relationship between us, Pagaleve only charges a service fee per installment. Since it is a fixed fee, we use the charging criterion based on the total purchase value.

REGISTRATION / ACCOUNT

HOW TO REGISTER?

Cool! This is the first step to using PIX 4x interest-free! Registering with Pagaleve is super simple and there are three possible options:

● Create an account on our website (click here);
● Through the Pegaleve app (download for Android or iOS)
● When making payment for the purchase.

You only need to provide your CPF, full name (as it appears on your CPF), date of birth, email, cell phone number and home address. Oh… the data is subject to analysis and the customer must be over 18 years old, okay?

HOW TO RECOVER THE ACCESS PASSWORD?

Paying with Pagaleve is as easy as recovering your password: when accessing the wallet (click here) or through the Pagaleve app (download for Android or iOS), the user can enter the registered cell phone number and click on “I forgot my password”. Authentication will be required to register a new password.

HOW TO CHANGE REGISTERED DATA?

Keeping your data up to date is very important, as Pagaleve uses it to validate new purchase attempts! Users can access our customer service channels and request changes to any personal data, except their CPF. To do so, they will need to share some information to validate their existing registration. The change period, if everything is correct, is up to 2 business days.

HOW TO DELETE THE REGISTRATION ?

Users can request to cancel their Pagaleve account through the app. The request will be reviewed within 45 days and we will update you via email. When the account is deleted, all personal information and purchase history will be removed. If the user has outstanding installments, these will remain active until they are paid, regardless of whether the registration remains active or not.

ORDER, REPURCHASE AND REFUNDS

DO YOU NEED TO PAY ALL INSTALLMENTS AT THE TIME?

After paying the first installment at the time of purchase, the order can be invoiced by the store and sent to the customer.

WHEN CAN THE CUSTOMER BUY AGAIN?

Today, we have three possible conditions for the customer to make a new purchase with Pix 4x without interest:

● If you are still making your first purchase with Pagaleve, you must pay off all installments of the current plan (up to the due dates).

● If he is paying between the second and fourth purchase, there must be a maximum of 2 installments due.

● Now, if he has already paid off the fourth payment plan and is on the fifth purchase (or more), he can have a maximum of 4 installments due.

Ah… remember that with each transaction, a new analysis is performed.

WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR REFUND?

There are a few possibilities here, but let's explain in great detail:

● If you have cancelled the purchase completely, that is, returned all the items in the order to the store, you will receive the full amount invested in the purchase, in the same account in which you paid each installment;
● If you have cancelled part of the purchase and these items have a lower value than the installments you are still paying, we will automatically update the value of the remaining installments, deducting the value of the items you returned;
● Now, if you have cancelled part of the purchase and these items have a value higher than the installments that are still to be paid, we will refund the proportional amount to your account.

The store is the one who informs Pagaleve whether the purchase has been canceled in whole or in part. This refund or update of installments will take place within 14 days (except in the case of fraud) after confirmation by BOLD Snacks.

THE CUSTOMER DID NOT RECEIVE THE REFUND REQUESTED BY THE STORE.

If the 14 (fourteen) day period has passed, we ask that you check all accounts in which you are the holder, as well as confirm with third parties that you may have paid any installment to them.

Pagaleve automatically returns the amounts to the same account from which the transfer originated via PIX.
