For purchases paid via bank slip or pix, the refund will be made by means of a deposit into your Mercado Pago account, after receipt, BARRIND IND. E COMERCIO DE ALIMENTOS LTDA. will refund the amounts paid using the same payment method chosen by the customer in the purchase process.
For purchases paid by credit card, the card company will be notified by our Payment Gateway and the refund will be applied to the invoice, divided by the number of installments made for the purchase. The refund period depends exclusively on the card company.
For purchases paid via bank slip, the refund will be made via bank deposit, after receipt and analysis of the product(s) at our Distribution Center, where the deposit will be made within 48 business hours.
If the details of exchange or return of any returned product are not observed, if it is outside the deadline or if the items or accessories that accompany it are missing, the exchange may not be processed successfully.

Out of respect and to maintain the credibility it has gained with its consumers, the company has created an exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
It is worth noting that the customer must immediately refuse to receive their product if:

Our products must be kept and stored in specific locations and we cannot guarantee this for products sold by third parties. In the case of purchases outside of our website (https://www.boldsnacks.br), if your product has a defect or you wish to exchange or return it, you must check the possibility of exchange at the store or website where you purchased it.
To make any exchange or return, it is mandatory to present the invoice and the applicant must be the purchaser of the product, requests for exchange or return by third parties are not permitted.
If you have obtained a discount on your purchase, referring to a promotional action or a discount coupon, in case of return, the amount returned will correspond to the amount paid, therefore considering the discount used.
After the customer returns the product, Bold Snacks has up to 30 (thirty) days to check the condition of the product(s) sent, approve the return/exchange and make the refund, when due.
After purchasing through our website, if upon receiving the product you decide to return it due to regret, you must request the return within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date determined on the proof of delivery, via email contato@boldsnacks.com.br
If the request is within the legal deadline, our team will provide you with a postage code so that you can take the order to be returned, in a sealed box, to a Post Office branch.
The product must not show signs of use and must be in perfect condition.

The right to withdraw is only valid for purchases made outside the commercial establishment, i.e. remotely.
If the product is defective or damaged, you have 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery to return or exchange the product. Before shipping, you must contact us by email at contato@boldsnacks.com.br to obtain guidance, reporting the defect or damage identified. New information or photographs may be requested.
