Surreal and easy to make fit pizza recipe

Fit pizza ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g olive oil
  • 80 g cooked and mashed sweet potato
  • 220 g rice flour
  • 170 g sweet cassava starch
  • 15 g golden flaxseed flour (1 tablespoon)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup warm water (tolerable to the touch)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of dry biological yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of demerara sugar

Preparation method

  1. First, pre-ferment the dough. To do this, dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water and let it sit until foam forms. This should take about 10 minutes. Set aside.

  2. Mix the golden flaxseed flour with the rice flour.
  3. Lightly beat the eggs, olive oil and potato until everything is uniform.
  4. Add the yeast foam made during pre-fermentation and mix with the flours and the mixture of eggs, olive oil and potatoes.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix with a fork. When it stops, put your hand in the dough and knead well.
  6. Knead well until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes and after that period, roll out the dough on plastic wrap.
  8. Place in a pizza pan and pre-bake with your favorite sauce.
  9. Pre-bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees with the sauce, then fill and finish baking for another 15 or 20 minutes.
