Low Carb Cracker Recipe: a quick and easy snack for your routine

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons firm ghee (120g)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 ¼ cups almond flour (225g)
  • Salt
  • Fresh thyme

Preparation method

  • Before starting to prepare the recipe, preheat your oven to 170º. Now let's get to work.
  • In a bowl, mix the ghee and almond flour. In the same bowl, add the egg whites and mix. Then add salt and thyme.
  • Continue mixing with your hands until a soft dough forms. Shape the dough into a ball. Finally, roll the dough out on a greased baking sheet or with parchment paper until it is very thin.
  • Now just bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool. Finish with a pinch of salt and fresh thyme. Break into small blocks and store in an airtight container.
