It is very common to see it for sale in college hallways and even on the streets, as Italian straw is one of the crowd's favorite sweets.
What if we told you it could get even better? With less sugar, more nutrients and super tasty: you can't miss the version created by Luísa from @duas.cozinhaexperimental with our new BOLD Tube of Paçoca.
So let's get to the recipe 😋
🍫 INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 cup coconut milk powder (120g)
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar (45g)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- BOLD Tube of Paçoca
🥄 HOW TO MAKE IT:
- Add all ingredients (except BOLD Tube) to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add this cream to the pan and mix continuously until it reaches brigadeiro consistency (it comes away from the bottom of the pan).
- Cut the Tube into small pieces.
- Place the brigadeiro in a bowl and cover with the BOLD Tube pieces.
- Put in the fridge to set.
- Court.
- Coat in coconut milk powder and serve.
