1. Protein Popsicle with Peanut Butter

Ingredients
✔️ 200ml of skimmed milk.
✔️ 1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter - 20g.
✔️ 3 heaping spoons of natural powdered sweetener - erythritol or xylitol - 60g.
✔️ 1 BOLD Paçoca & Chocolate
Preparation method
- Mix the skim milk, peanut butter and powdered sweetener.
- Blend in a blender.
- Chop the BOLD Paçoca & Chocolate.
- Add to the previous mixture.
- Place in popsicle molds and place in the freezer for three hours.

2. Healthy Coffee Protein Brownie

Developed by Juliana Ottoni, it yields eight pieces and is very simple to prepare.
Ingredients
✔️ 20g of melted dark chocolate.
✔️ 1/2 tablespoon of butter - 5g.
✔️ 1 egg and 1 egg white.
✔️ 1/2 cup powdered sweetener - 40g.
✔️ 2 tablespoons of instant coffee - 20g.
✔️ 2 tablespoons of 100% cocoa powder - 20g.
✔️ 1 tablespoon of skimmed yogurt - 20g.
✔️ 2 heaped tablespoons of rice flour - 30g.
✔️ 1/2 BOLD Coffee & Dulce de Leche.
Preparation method
- Mix the melted dark chocolate, butter, egg, egg white, sweetener and instant coffee.
- Add the cocoa powder, skimmed yogurt and rice flour. Stir until smooth.
- Chop half a BOLD Café & Dulce de Leche bar and mix.
- Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and place the dough inside.
- In the oven preheated to 200 degrees, place to bake.
- Remove after 15 minutes.
- Chop the pieces and enjoy.

3. Black Forest Cake

Ingredients
✔️1 egg
✔️1 tablespoon of honey
✔️1 tablespoon of room temperature butter or coconut oil
✔️2 tablespoons of almond flour
✔️1 tablespoon of 100% cocoa powder
✔️1 level teaspoon of baking powder
✔️BOLD black forest
Preparation method
- Mix all the dough ingredients well until smooth.
- Pour into a non-stick frying pan.
- Chop the Bold bar on top, cover and keep on low heat until the cake bakes for approximately five minutes.
