Filling:

3 tablespoons seasoned tomato sauce
cheese to taste

Mix all the dough ingredients together.
Grease a 20 cm frying pan with butter, heat over low heat and add all the dough. Keep over low heat until firm and turn over.
Spread the tomato sauce and cheese over the dough and finish with the basil.
