peanut brittle

1 cup (240 g) whole peanut butter
4 tablespoons coconut oil or ghee butter
4 tablespoons of honey
100g unsalted roasted peanuts
In a bowl, place the peanut butter, coconut oil (or ghee butter) and honey. Mix well and add the peanuts, stirring again until smooth.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
Remove from the microwave and stir well until it begins to warm and become firmer.
Place in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, or in a silicone tray and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove from the freezer, cut into squares and it's ready!
Store in the refrigerator.
