1. Don't compare yourself to yourself, Mom.
Julia shows that comparison is the key to frustration. Before becoming pregnant, she wrote a post in which she said that we can only compare ourselves to ourselves in the past and not to other people. However, motherhood has shown that this is unfair. She points out that the time available is no longer the same, nor is the willingness to train.

And these are factors that contribute to the body we have now not being the body we used to be. And this does not mean a lack of focus, discipline or dedication.
It means that I live in another reality and that it will take me some time to adapt to it!” he said in August 2020.
2. “I’m already dressed to go”, a strategy for women with no time
Saying that mothers have a busy schedule is almost redundant. Júlia knows this. In one of her stories, she says that she already wears her workout clothes to go to the gym whenever she can. This way, you live one day at a time, which reduces anxiety and you don't get stuck with rules that perhaps worked well before you had a child.
