Sugar-free chocolate with the same flavor as traditional chocolate: is it possible?

Ingredients that replaced sugar in BOLD Tube

We need to be careful when consuming classic crystal sugar or alternative sugars (such as demerara, coconut sugar and others). As nutritionists say: they are all sugar and have the same mechanism in the body. This means that they can cause glycemic spikes, in addition to making foods very caloric. For these and other reasons, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that intake does not exceed 10% of total daily calories.

The problem is that sugar makes food much tastier. It's hard to live without sweets, isn't it? It's a challenge to replace this beloved ingredient, especially in chocolates. But BOLD has shown, since its first launch, that it is possible.

So what do we use to make the BOLD Tube so tasty?

Polyols

Polyols are sweeteners with a more pleasant flavor than others. They are approved by the Brazilian Diabetes Society (SBD), which highlights the benefits of polyols on its website.

As it has a much more pleasant flavor than other sugar alternatives, polyols do not leave that characteristic sweetener taste in the mouth of those who consume our healthy chocolate. Those who have tried it can attest to this.

Diet versions of chocolates

Natural sugar in food

In BOLD Tube, the sum of all the ingredients we use resulted in only one gram of naturally occurring sugar. There is no added sugar in any of our flavors.
