Protein Bar Pé de Moleque with Peanuts and Honey

• 3 chocolate protein bars

Ingredients:
• 200g of unsalted roasted peanuts
• 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil
• 2 tablespoons of culinary sweetener

Preparation method:
1. Grind the peanuts in a food processor until they become a crumb.
2. Add the whey protein, coconut oil and sweetener, and process again until a dough forms.
3. Shape the mixture into small cubes or use silicone molds. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

• 1 can of drained sweet corn
• 500ml skimmed milk
• 3 tablespoons of vanilla whey protein
